Well, that is some of us at least.  It is our goal to help in the development of young careers by providing leadership opportunities and showing the value of American Chemical Society membership.

We also aim to serve our local community by assisting with science outreach, sharing our love of chemistry with others. If you’re interested in an outreach opportunity, please contact us!

Group History

The MSU local section has had an active YCC for the past 7 years.  However, in the past 4, leadership has increased efforts to make new contacts and find new ways to provide services to chemistry professionals and the local community.  We have set our goals to provide k-12 children with great opportunities to take part in chemistry demonstrations and experiments to increase their curiosity about not just chemistry, but science in general.  We look forward to new challenges and chances to continue building on a tradition of excellence.
